Deborah Rhodes is committed to unique design and uncompromising quality in all our products. Your complete satisfaction is our expectation. If, however, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it within 30 days from shipment, subject to the following conditions:
All items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed.
Products must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will be exchanged for merchandise credit only.
We recommend you keep the original packaging if you are considering a return.
All items should be securely packed to prevent damage in transit. We do not pay shipping for returns. We suggest using an insured courier to guarantee the return. We are not responsible for damage or loss of returns in transit.
Refunds will be issued for first quality, current stock items only. Upon return, the item(s) will be inspected. If deemed to be unused, unwashed and in their original saleable condition, the purchase price will be fully refunded, less shipping and handling, using the original method of payment. If paid by credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to process.
Returns received without an original purchase receipt or received after 30 days from shipment will be refunded with a merchandise credit or exchange.
Please note that many of our products are hand crafted and made of natural materials. Variation in color or shape is characteristic of artisanal products and does not constitute a defect.
If an item is received damaged, defective or not as ordered immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a prepaid return label.
Please return using the original packaging.
All sale, discontinued and special order items are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Once processed, an order cannot be cancelled. Refusal of a shipment is not an authorized return. If a shipment is refused and returned unopened, Deborah Rhodes will issue a credit less a 25% re-stocking fee and all outgoing and incoming shipping charges. Any refused shipment lost in transit will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
